There shall be a collection fee of $25.00 charged for any check given to the Cooperative by a member which is returned to the Cooperative by the Bank due to the lack of sufficient funds in the member's account to cover the check.
When a member tenders two or more insufficient fund checks in any one year, all future payments must be made by cash, cashiers check or money order. Insufficient fund checks of all others shall be given to the attention of the prosecuting attorney for his processing in accordance with the law.
