Bills for electric service are mailed on or near the first of each month and
are payable at that time thru the 15th at the "net" amount. Bills
become past due after the 15th day of the month. Should you fail to
pay your bill by the 15th the "Gross" amount which includes a late penalty
must be paid. Delinquent notices are mailed on accounts not paid by
the 20th. Any bill not paid by the 25th day of the month is subject to
disconnect without any further notice.
